1. About us

bulb is a platform that helps connect families with studios offering children's classes. We provide discovery, matching, and booking coordination services.

2. Pilot phase

bulb is currently operating a pilot phase with a small group of selected studios. During this phase availability may change, booking confirmation may be manual and payment is made directly to the studio. We try our best to confirm bookings as quickly as possible.

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you have paid.

4. Payments

Payments are made directly to the studio and terms determined by the studio. bulb does not process payments and is not responsible for payment collection, refunds or studio pricing changes.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each studio. Parents should check the studio's cancellation policy before booking. bulb is not responsible for refund decisions made by studios.

6. Studio responsibility

All classes listed on bulb are delivered by independent studios. bulb does not operate the classes. Studios are responsible for class safety, instructor qualifications, class delivery, venue conditions and insurance.

7. Parent responsibilities

Parents are responsible for ensuring their child meets age requirements, informing studios of allergies or medical conditions and accompanying their child where required.

8. Information accuracy

bulb works with studios to maintain accurate class information. However, details may occasionally change. Studios should inform bulb of any updates as soon as possible.

9. Limitation of liability

bulb is not liable for class cancellations, studio operational issues, injuries occurring during classes and disputes between parents and studios.
